Shake it easy! A practical and healthy snack
No time to eat healthy between two appointments or on the move? Do not get stuck on a sandwich that is almost devoid of nutritional value! Opt for a good protein shaker! Accompanied by a seasonal fruit and a few oleaginous, it can - exceptionally - replace a meal while providing all the nutrients that the body needs.
For an easy protein shaker, without the need for a blender:
3 spoons of organic vegetable protein
300 ml of vegetable milk or coconut water
5gr of chia seeds
5gr of cocoa
Shake well in your favorite shaker, and accompany the drink with a handful of oleaginous (almonds, walnuts, pecans, cashews, etc.) and a fruit ... Seasonally evident.
With a blender, an infinity of other possibilities becomes possible: add oats, honey, oil butter, etc. And you, what do you like to put in your shake?
